Anatomy is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant for our fast-growing fitness club brand.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in  month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and accruals

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheet)

  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts

  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including tenant charges, lease setup, property management fees, and vendor payments

  • Record payroll-related journal entries

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting using DataRails

  • Prepare sales tax filings and audit/tax support schedules

  • Ensure GAAP compliance and support process improvements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3–5+ years of accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting

  • Advanced Excel skills required

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
